Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is an aromatic evergreen shrub that has leaves similar to needles and white, pink, purple or blue flowers.

Rosemary contains omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B6, iron, and calcium.Rosemary contains a number of phytochemicals, including rosmarinic acid, camphor, ursolic acid, betulinic acid, caffeic acid, and the antioxidants such as carnosol and carnosic acid.Rosemary has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antibacterial, antiseptic, and antiviral properties.
