Pineapple : Benefits To Heal Cancer, Asthma, Acne, Obesity, And Many Diseases





Pineapple (Ananas comosus) is   the source of  many nutrients and the plant compound called bromelain.Bromelain is a unique protein-digesting enzyme, just found in pineapple for helping in many diseases.  Pineapple contains water, carbohydrate, fiber, vitamin A, vitamin B9 (folate), beta-carotene, vitaminC, manganese, copper, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sucrose, glucose, fructose, and anthocyanins.It is low in calorie. Pineapple is antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.Pineapple juice can be used to tenderize meat because of its bromelain content.Bromelain breaks down meat protein.Bromelain supplements are also called pineapple extract.It is found in fruit and stem.

According to Linus Pauling Institute says that Pineapple contains nearly 75 percent of the daily-recommended value of the mineral manganese, which is essential in developing strong bones and connective tissue.

According to The American Cancer Society says that Pineapple contains significant amounts of bromelain, an enzyme that breaks down protein, possibly helping digestion.

Flores noted that The bromelain levels of pineapple could help to reduce excessive coagulation of the blood.

According to A Study conducted by The Harvard School Of Public Health's Department of Nutrition states that Diets rich in beta-carotene of pineapple may also play a protective role against prostate cancer.

According to The University Maryland Medical Center states that Extremely high amounts of bromelain in pineapple can cause skin rashes, vomiting,  diarrhea, and excessive menstrual bleeding.

The Holticulture Department at Purdue University reports that Eating unripe pineapple or drinking unripe pineapple juice is dangerous because it is toxic to humans and can lead to severe diarrhea and vomiting.

The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommended 21-25 grams of pineapple per day for women and 30-38 grams of pineapple per day for men.
