The Consumption Of Cordyceps Mushroom Can Reduce Some Diseases





Cordyceps mushroom is an adaptogen, not a stimulant.The generic name of Cordyceps is derived from the Greek word kordyle neaning club and Latin stem-ceps meaning head.Cordyceps species are particularly abundant and diverse in humid temperate and tropical forests.All cordyceps species are endoparasitoids, parasitic mainly on insects and other arthropods (Entomopathogenic fungi); a few are parasitic on other fungi.
